It's summer time and for our family, that means we will soon be heading north to visit my family in the Great White North. This will be the first time that we will be driving as opposed to flying. Despite the many hours in the car, the bottom line is that we hope it'll be a wonderful adventure, a memorable and special time for our family.
Knowing that we'd be on the road for my birthday, we celebrated tonight. We were fortunate to have Jason's mom watch the kids so that we could go out to a lovely dinner at Max's Bistro. Here's to my 36th year!
